Most Amazing Baked Chicken Organic chickens Costco 1 organic chicken 2 oranges sliced Salt / pepper Garlic salt Garlic powder Parsley Coconut oil 2 sweet potatoes Preheat oven to 350. Rinse chicken, take out insides then stuff with orange slices. Place in Dutch oven, cover with coconut oil & spices. Squeeze rest of oranges into pot and throw in the rinds. Put on lid and bake for 1 hr at 350. Reduce heat to 250, throw in chopped sweet potatoes & bake for 2-3 more hours.
