Welcome! I have another Papertrey Ink July release card for you today made with the Sweet As Can Be set. Remember those ice cream cones? They make cute banners too. :-} I used the Sweet As Can Be ice cream cone die to cut patterned papers from my stash of Girls Paperie Kitch.
