Ingredients ½ cup plain nondairy milk 1 and ½ teaspoons white or cider vinegar ½ cup chickpea flour (sifted, if lumpy) 6 tablespoons blanched almond flour 4 and ½ tablespoons potato starch (not potato flour) 1 and ½ teaspoons baking powder ⅛ teaspoon fine sea salt Grain Free
