Plushie Wreath, embroidery, Winter, Christmas. This uses 3 layers of DMC green 7344 and red 7108 DMC tapestry wool. The thinner the card disc, the less noticeable the inner 'dip' will be in the green thread. The berries are made with French knots. Doesn't say how to make the wool more secure. ...Possibly try stitching with matching embroidery thread in the inner dip, or just glue the disc you just used to the back and then cover the back to finish off as usual??
