Healthiest muffins ever 1 1/2 cup bran buds (water to moisten) 1/2 cup each dried cranberry,prune,walnuts 3 tblsp Greek yogurt 1 egg and 1 cup milk whisked together  1/4 cup coconut oil melted   Mix all these ingredients together just until incorporated.  1 cup whole wheat flour  3 tblsp each ground flax and red bran 1 teasp each baking powder and soda 1 teasp pumpkin pie spice  Add dry to wet ingred. and add enough liquid (I use milk) to make the consistency of muffin batter.
