Totally inspired by Peggy Porschen, these cute cupcakes were so much fun to make! I've discovered how nicely rounded the fondant tops get when I mold them in my half sphere pan first, until semi dried. The fondant cups can then be stored in an airtight container for days. Just don't stack them on top of each other like I did the first time! Under the fondant there are regular vanilla cupcakes with vanilla buttercream. Gumpaste daisies made with a plunger cutter.
