After a 6 year old autistic boy's mother invited a bunch of kids to his birthday party and no one showed up, she became distraught and asked for help on Facebook. What happened next restored my faith in humanity. Not everybody on the Internet are horrible douchebags.

No One Showed Up To A Little Boy With Autism's Birthday, So His Mom Asked Facebook For Help

Hooray internet!

Ever since Rick Moranis started his hiatus in 1997, he’s never acted in a single live action role but he has voice acted in four kids’ movies, including Brother Bear and its sequel. Beyond that, the only other thing he’s released were two comedy albums.

This gives me hope for the future. Like I hope he grows up to do great things, to make big changes, to help or even save people, to invent or design.

A community is banding together to support a woman who adopted her best friend’s four young daughters after their single mom died of brain cancer earlier this year. ------I’m not crying, you’re crying. And someone tell those ninjas to stop cutting onions.

"If something gets thrown at you, just accept the challenge and do the best you can."

If a picture says a 1000 words, this one could write a novel. This country has been heating up not just because of the summer but also because of the very high tensions between the black community, specifically the teenagers and young adults, the paranoid, racist police officers who shoot first and play the victim and the ultra-racist, skinhead fans of the confederate flag. And here we have a black police officer helping an old white supremacist suffering from heat stroke.

As if we didn’t know that Robert Downey, Jr. is just about the most perfect person ever, then he does this. He teamed up with Tyler Petresky, a young genius inventor who’s made his name 3-D printing prosthetic limbs and Albert Manero, who with Tyler and three dozen other college students have started Limbitless Solutions. (Get it?) They brought in a 7 year old boy with a malformed arm and Tony Stark presented him with his very own Iron Man-themed prosthetic arm. Better grab the Kleenex.

Watch Robert Downey Jr. Give This Boy His Own ‘Iron Man’ Prosthetic Arm

Robert Downey Jr., who doubles as the tech-powered Avenger "Iron Man" in Marvel's cinematic universe, just made one of his most heroic rescues yet for one young fan.

Kevin Doyle decided to honor his late wife and Star Wars megafan, Eileen, by walking all the way to San Diego Comic-Con from Rancho Obi-Wan, the famous Star Wars museum in Petaluma, California. She died from cancer in 2012 but he was still “stuck” in that time, unable to move on. So he decided to honor her memory and give himself some closure by walking 532 miles, carrying a donations basket for Eileen’s Little Angels, a nonprofit that helps children going through chemo.

TRUE LOVE EXISTS.

This kid is my hero. I'm 24 and I don't think I could ever be that brave. I live in Texas. You can get in serious trouble for not being patriotic enough.
