It's a mental thing

Getting mentally and physically strong. I'm proving to myself that I CAN be not only mentally strong.but ALSO physically strong as well if I continue to put my mind to it!

You're one day closer. Today I run in my way, it was COOL, when I run I'm free.:) than I did some muscle exercises and some yoga poses, it was an active day! I'm one day closer.
