i use a kick n punch routine using 35 attack types, with 2340 punches and 780 kicks, half of the reps are done with 10lb per limb other half done with resistance bands twice a week. im 205 and I strike faster then anyone ive met no matter their weight class, and I can literally spar (striking) for hours. if I don't use weights or bands I do 4x the reps for the workout.
