I take the time to meditate every day, sometimes for just 15 to 20 minutes. It helps me center and orient myself, It puts me in touch with a higher song. Afterwards, I usually journal several ideas that came to me in the silence. After 35 years of meditating, I have thousands of pages within my journals. I have incorporated many of these mini epiphanies into my books. You can do it, too. This is a gift all can participate in. All you need to do isbegin.
