Whimsical Spring Wreath - Tatertots and Jello
How’s your week going? If you are friends with my on Facebook, you might have noticed that I was trying to find plastic soda bottles last weekend. Here’s the reason. I needed bottles so I could cut them up to make flowers out of them for a Spring Wreath I had in my head.
PLASTIC SODA BOTTLE FLOWERS!
You will need: One Clear 2LT Plastic Soda Bottle. Scissor, Pearl paint for plastic only, hot glue gun, blow dryer and a rhinestone or glass stone for the middle of the flower. 1) Wash out the bottle and make sure it's dry. 2) draw petals in 2 different sizes on the bottle, you may want another bottle depending how big you want your flower to be. 3) Cut them out. 4) Paint only the back side of each petal. 5) Use the hot glue gun to glue the petals together. 6) Wait 5 minutes to set. 7) Turn…

Patriotic Wreath
Hi! I just wanted to share this Patriotic Wreath I just finished making. It's a Styrofoam base I made the fireworks/flowers out of painted water bottles. The centers are made from plastic raffia yarn my flower loom. I made a few corkscrews of metallic red/blue pipe cleaners red/white/blue stars wired garland a few glittered ribbon loop picks to fill in some spaces. To me it looks like a fireworks explosion! :D

Aluminum Flowers
I had been trying to think of something to make into a wreath for my front door. Then I saw the video by MeAshie and a tutorial by Diane Gilleland and knew the flowers would be perfect.
