Smoothies with oats
Healthy breakfast smoothie with everything you need! 1 handful blueberries, 3 large strawberries, 2 sticks celery, 1 cup fresh spinach, 1 banana, a handful of watermelon, 1 tub single serve Greek yogurt of choice and half a cup of water or lemon infused water. If your having an active day just add 3 tablespoons of oats and whizz it through the blender :D
Pear/Oat Smoothie :: 1 pear sliced 1/3 cup rolled oats or steel cut oats (I used steel cut oats) 1 tsp raw maple syrup 1 1/2 tsp almond or Peanut Butter (I used all natural Peanut Butter) A sprinkle of cinnamon (optional) Cover with unsweet vanilla almond milk, hemp milk, or rice milk Handful of Ice
