Happy Tuesday everyone! Enjoy today’s workout! Remember to drink plenty of water today! (I haven’t been reaching my water goals myself.) If the repetitions are too hard for you, do fewer! If they’re too easy, do more! I find myself doing extra clamp crunches and scissor crunches . You really want to feel the moves in your abs. After you do your ab moves/crunches, it helps to lay flat and reach your arms over your head for a few seconds. Also, if you have a hard time balancing in the one-legged calf raises, stand near a wall or counter so you have something to rest your hand on for balance.
